The facility does not usually stock the parts you need so they must find a dealer that has the specific part, have it shipped, and then install. The finding and shipping cause the big delay in getting the job completed. Then there is the cost. We needed new calipers and they are a special type that are hard to find and cost over $3000. each plus labor.
