Between Valdosta and Moultrie we saw the peach trees in bloom with beautiful pink flowers and the pecan trees that are still void of leaves from the winter. The 30 miles of road was under construction and in areas the smoke was thick from burning the wood they cut to widen the highway. We also passed large fields of peanuts with huge sprinkler systems.
We are in Moultrie with the Monaco International group of RV 's. We have spent the day reconnecting with motor home friends we haven't seen for a year. We ended the evening with a glass of wine and I think Sandi's was larger than mine.
