We are still in Truman country so we toured the Truman Library. Truman was involved in three wars in that he fought in one and was President during two. After serving as President for two terms he returned to Independence, MO to live a quiet life and build his library. President and Mrs. Truman and their daughter and her husband are buried on the grounds of the museum/library. He has a very well done museum.
