Phillip was kind enough to get up at 5 AM to take us to the bus station so we could catch  the bus to O’Hare where we met Carole and Jerry, they just flew in from Oak Ridge, and the four of us took a turbulent flight to Albuquerque.

Upon our return we continued our quest to eat at all the Diner, Drive In, and Dive restaurants we can find in this area.Our choice today was the Standard, a former car dealership transformed into a  restaurant. We were seated in the area that was once the garage and tire change location. Duf and I had the meals that Guy ate and Carole and Jerry tried some of their other offerings, all were amazing!
