When you can go to Bernalillo, NM and eat at The Range Cafe where stars and Presidents eat! The Range served excellent food, had friendly waitresses, and was decorated so that it takes extra time to look around. My blue corn, blueberry pancakes with pinons were amazing.

Next to the Range we found Silvas Saloon, the oldest continuous operation bar in NM with liquor license #3! The bar has hats hanging from the ceiling that belong to patrons from their opening days. Silvas is a walk in the past where even movies have been filmed, in fact, two days after we were there Nick Nolte was coming to film for three days.
