Today we are at Denali Park and on our way to see Mt. McKinley, only about 30% of visitors get to actually see the mountain because there are usually clouds covering it. We got so lucky, a perfectly clear day. The park is closed to auto traffic, tour buses are the only way to get close to see the mountain. We took an all day trip and were able to get into within 30 miles of the mountain. We saw Elk, Caribou, Grizzly Bear, Moose, Marmots, and a variety of birds.
