We are in Portland,OR and it has been raining most of the day. We just can’t shake the rain and cool temperatures! It is great to be in the USA where we have net and can use our phones! Today we found a Diners, Dives and DriveIns restaurant for lunch, Shirley’s Tippy  Canoe, on the Lewis and Clark Trail. It was a cute place and the food was Great!

 The trees here are extremely tall. They have carved a lamp and seat out of two of the trees. What species of tree are these monsters?
