After walking around the Aztec Ruins Carole and I decided to use a service they provide in Farmington, NM. We checked the husbands into the Husbands Day Care Center also known as 3 Rivers Brewhouse! We stayed to be sure they were taken care of at 3 Rivers where there was a chef on duty and the food was excellent! Carole and I had Gourmet Quesadillas with grilled, marinated baby Portobello mushrooms, brie cheese, roasted sweet peppers, baby spinach, and balsamic gastrique. Duffey had meatloaf wrapped in salami and smothered in bordelaise sauce with fried mac & cheese and sweet corn smothered in red pepper butter.Jerry dined on cod hand dipped in a secret house sauce with Brew City fries, cole slaw and home made Tartar sauce. These gastronomic delights were washed down with beer and margaritas. For dessert we shared a vanilla and a mocha creme brule.
