When you can discover the Marfa ghost lights. Between Alpine and Marfa, but closer to Marfa, out on the  Mitchell Flats there are unexplainable glowing orbs that change colors, flicker, split in half and zip quickly around the Flats.  People have reported seeing these lights since 1883.  We were amazed to see the lights and it truly makes one wonder what causes them.
